Team and roles
People sign in to the console with their Spot Suite account. Their Spot Suite role in the workspace decides what they can do.

| Admin (Spot Suite owner or admin) | Everything in the console: policy, block page, enrollment key, Intune connection and export tokens. |
| Member | View the console. The console shows a read-only banner and the change buttons are disabled. |
Adding people
Add and remove people in your Spot Suite account. They sign in to ClearScreen the same way as everyone else: open the workspace address and choose Sign in with Spot Suite.
ClearScreen has one policy per workspace and no device groups or per-user policies.
